VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!

This year we will need about 250 volunteers to make conference happen. Please consider being one of them! There are lots of workshops to choose from, as well as incentives like exclusive book fair time and tapes of workshops you can't get to!

Volunteers Needed in the Following Areas:

Parking Attendant - Contact Debbie Mullis (Working on Friday to monitor the busses)

Workshops - Contact Debbie Mullis (Attending workshops, taking attendance counts, handing out papers, etc)

Volunteer table - Contact Debbie Mullis (Time at the table helping check in other volunteers)

Graduation - Contact Sharon Henderson (handing out programs, helping with seating)

Talent Showcase - Contact Lise Dews (handing out programs, helping with seating)

Door Monitors - Contact Debbie Mullis (making sure people have nametags)

Picture Taking - Contact Debbie Mason (historians for activities - you need a camera)

Video Recording for You Tube - Contact Nancy Coleman (recording happenings throughout the weekend - you need a video recording device.

Deaf Interpretation - Contact Nancy Coleman (Attending workshops in order to interpret for those in need.)

Volunteer Incentives:

~~Every volunteer is eligible for exclusive shopping hours in the bookfair - 30 minutes before opening each day!

~~For each 2 hours of volunteer time you receive a voucher for one session recording redeemed at the Manna Recording table.

~~If you serve four hours or more, your name will be put in a drawing for a set of DVD's of the conference Keynote sessions.

~~The first 100 to volunteer will receive a special edition 2010 Conference Volunteer T-shirt.

~~The name of anyone volunteering before May 10th will be put into a drawing for a $25.00 Starbucks card.

~~Those volunteering after May 10th or onsite will be entered into a drawing for a $10.00 Starbucks card.
