While information on neurodiversity is becoming more available, it is often incorrect and actually harmful to ND children. Unfortunately, the voices of autistic and other ND people are not being included and the results can be less than helpful. Join Cheryl and as she sets the record straight on many topics and help you improve the quality of life for your ND family member and your family dynamics as a whole. Receive actionable advice for everyday situations and homeschooling, and hopefully reduces recurring frustrations.

Cheryl Vandegrift started out by joining the Air Force immediately after high school, where she served and traveled the world for 12 years, before deciding to separate to raise her toddler daughter. After the birth of her twins in 2004, she opened a drop-in childcare business in a shopping center and served her community for 10 years, ultimately closing down two months before the pandemic. In that time, she also began homeschooling her young children, who are now 19, 15, and 15. During the pandemic, she worked to achieve a bachelor's of science degree in psychology, with a focus in life coaching and health and wellness life coaching. She has recently teamed up with her sister, Allyx, to form a coaching program aimed at educating parents/caregivers and professionals/businesses to properly support the neurodiverse people in their lives and help them thrive in a world not made for them.
