Darren Jones is senior counsel and director of group services for Home School Legal Defense Association, where he has worked for almost 30 years. He and his wife Sara homeschool as a team, with Darren doing most of the planning and Sara implementing and teaching on a day-to-day basis. They have graduated 3 and are still teaching 1. Darren has advised homeschool families and groups around the country about how to comply with homeschool laws, and he is an advocate for the freedom to homeschool with maximum flexibility. He enjoys board games, teaching Sunday school, and speaking at homeschool conferences.
