Over NCHE

North Carolinians for Home Education (NCHE) is een organisatie van gezinnen die thuisonderwijs in North Carolina ondersteunen. NCHE is uitgegroeid van een kleine groep bezorgde ouders tot een organisatie over de hele staat die thuisonderwijs verzorgt en pleit voor thuisonderwijs. NCHE heeft een visie van bloeiende families en bloeiende generaties waarin mensen gepassioneerd, nieuwsgierig en actief betrokken blijven bij hun geloof en leren.

Thuisonderwijs is een geweldige manier om kinderen, vooral jonge kinderen, te onderwijzen en toekomstige generaties te koesteren. Thuisonderwijs situeert de ontwikkeling van een kind in zijn natuurlijke omgeving en stimuleert ervaringsgericht leren en geïntegreerde kennis. Thuisonderwijs bevordert sterke sociale relaties, te beginnen thuis. Als gevolg hiervan voedt thuisonderwijs het hele kind.
