NCHE provides meaningful activities that enrich the homeschool journey through hands-on learning, friendly competition, and community connection—including field trips, sports opportunities, and our statewide chess network. Designed with students in mind, these programs support growth beyond the classroom while helping parents homeschool with confidence and joy.
Middle and High school sports include: Boys Baseball, Boys & Girls Basketball, Boys & Girls Cross Country (individual & team), Golf (individual & team), Boys & Girls Soccer, Boys & Girls Swimming (individual & team), Girls Volleyball, Fencing.
NCHE field trips turn learning into lived experiences—connecting families across North Carolina through hands-on discovery, exploration, and community. Join us and connect with other homeschooling families.

NCHE high school senior scholarships recognize graduating homeschool students for their academic achievement, leadership, and service, providing financial support to help them confidently take their next steps into college, career, or calling.
The National Homeschool Honor Society recognizes academically accomplished homeschool students while encouraging leadership, service, and character as they prepare for college, careers, and lifelong learning.
