Special Group Thrive! Conference Registration Offerings

NCHE Member Discount
NCHE members at the $75 level get a $10 discount on conference registration. This offer only applies until preregistration ends.

Parents of Preschoolers
Individuals or married couples whose oldest child is under the age of 5 and who have never registered for the NCHE conference may qualify for NCHE’s special Parents of Preschoolers offer in which the registration fee of the individual/married couple is waived. This special offer is for full conference access. To qualify for this free admission–An individual or married couple whose oldest child is under the age of 5 (cannot turn 5 anytime before January 1, 2027) and who has never registered for the NCHE conference and may attend the conference for free. (If they bring their children ages 2-4 years, they will pay for the children.) This offer only applies until preregistration ends.

Homeschool Alumni
This Thrive! Conference registration is for those who have graduated from homeschool (and are not yet parents themselves). We love having you with us! If you volunteer to serve at the conference, you can attend for free. First, you fill out the registration form or have your parents add you to their form. You will pay $20 for all three days and $10 for Thursday only or Saturday only, and if you serve at the conference (2 hours per day that you attend or 6 hours for the entire weekend), you will be reimbursed your registration fee. We really need your help. Start here to volunteer.

Grandparents
NCHE invites grandparents who are not also homeschooling to attend the conference for free with their homeschooling adult children.

Single Parent Scholarships
We have a limited number of scholarships available which allow free registration to the conference for qualifying single parents. To apply for this scholarship, start here. The deadline to apply is March 31.

Thrive! Conference Pastor Registration
We would like to invite pastors who are not homeschooling to attend the Thrive! Homeschool Conference for free. We believe that this is a way for pastors to learn more about homeschooling and will help you in your support and encouragement of the homeschooling families in your church. Qualifying pastors must register by May 14.

Volunteers–Free Conference Admission (for certain number of hours served)
Volunteers get free individual/couple conference admission for volunteering 10 or more hours and family registration for volunteering 15 or more hours. Teens (over 16) attending without their family can get free admission for volunteering 5 hours. Alumni get free admission for volunteering 6 hours if they attend all three days or 2 hours per day if they attend one or two days. Start here to volunteer.

Terms Defined

Individual: This is the person who is filling out the registration form other than Parents of Preschoolers, Teen attending without family or Alumni. The registration will be in this name.

Married Couple: This category cannot be used for any other relationship such as sisters, friends, parent/child. The price is the same for an individual or married couple.

Parents of Preschoolers: An individual or married couple who have never registered for the NCHE conference and whose oldest child is under the age of 5 (cannot turn 5 anytime before January 1, 2027) may preregister by May 14 to attend the conference for free. (If they bring their children ages 2-4 years, there will be an added fee.)

Teen attending without family: This is a teen who is attending alone or with another family.

Alumni: This is a young adult who has graduated from homeschool and is not a parent. Alumni can get full refund for volunteering just a few hours.

Grandparents: Grandparents who are not themselves homeschooling, can be added to their homeschooling children's registration form for no additional cost.

Children: Ages 2-11 (Children below age 2 are free.)

Teens: Ages 12-18

Note: Teen attending without family and alumni will mark this attendee type only if they are registering themselves. If they are being registered by another, they can be added to an individual or married couple registration.
