青少年和校友活动

NCHE计划举办社交活动，以促进青少年和校友之间的友谊。所有这些活动都将有成人监督。.

青少年及校友社交舞会：星期四, 晚上7:30-9:30（画廊宴会厅）

从历史上看，舞蹈一直是一项重要的社交技能。甚至我国的军事院校也要求年轻学员必须学习舞蹈。舞蹈教育能够培养优雅的气质、仪态、体态和协调性，并已被证明是我们文化中不可或缺的一部分。为了传承这些传统，NCHE将于周四晚7:30至9:30举办一场舞会。届时将教授摇摆舞、方步舞和排舞等舞蹈。本次舞会将以教学为重点，由退休的家庭教育父亲丹尼斯·里奇（Dennis Ritchie）教授和带领。他拥有三十多年的社交舞教学经验。我们老师的教学风格将让所有学生，无论水平如何，都能轻松自在地参与其中。我们也鼓励青少年与多位舞伴共舞。舞会着装要求为得体休闲装（与您参加会议的着装相同）。.

College Fair: Friday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Piedmont 1)

This is an opportunity for students to meet and talk with college representatives. This will be open 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. on Friday and is located in Piedmont 1, next to the vendor hall. In April you can find the list of colleges, look in the menu under College Fair.

Not-College Fair: Saturday, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Piedmont 1)

The Thrive! Not-College Fair connects homeschool families with options such as trade schools, apprenticeships, gap year programs, military options, and workforce training—real alternatives to the traditional four-year degree.

ASVAB CEP（武装部队职业能力倾向测验职业探索计划）是唯一全面且 完全地 免费 career planning resource that empowers students nationwide to align their strengths and interests with a post-secondary plan. This test will be offered on Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. Registration is required.
 

青少年特别工作坊

It is a priority of the NCHE conference to offer quality workshops for our homeschooled teens. We are excited to share our teen focused speakers with your family. Parents are welcome, of course, but these talks are suitable for teens to attend on their own. If you have teens, or if you are a teen, these should be a must!
